This is a good-faith summary for the beta, not legal advice.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Grand Pawn you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Grand Pawn is a copilot for field work: it helps you plan, validate, execute and report missions. The copilot alerts and proposes; the human always decides and remains responsible for the work.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Do not share your account or use another person's without permission.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Grand Pawn for unlawful purposes, do not attempt to disrupt or abuse the service or its AI, and do not exceed the usage made available to you.
5. AI outputs
Copilot outputs (plans, risk assessments, reports, estimates) are assistive and may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for professionally validating them before acting.
6. Your data & IP
The mission data you create is yours. Grand Pawn owns the platform, software and brand. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.
7. Availability, liability & changes
The beta is provided “as is” without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. Questions: contact@grandpawn.io.
